To become A Company That Cares you have to clearly show that you are a truly customer centric business. Not every business will qualify – but every business will benefit from going through a process that evaluates the strength of the Customer Experience (CX) they deliver.

When you apply to become A Company That Cares you receive a detailed user manual guiding you through the process and giving you tips on how to deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences.
On completion you receive an evaluation report identifying things you do well and any areas for improvement, an external perception and benchmarks against other small businesses:



Plus, of course, your overall score indicating whether you qualify as A Company That Cares. Not everyone passes first time, but don’t worry, your evaluation fee allows you to resubmit your scores and evidence taking into account how well you perform first time.
Qualifying companies receive a suite of digital assets to promote their success, have access to a range of merchandise to celebrate their achievement and appear in the Companies That Care online directory of businesses that are truly customer centric.

The A Company That Cares evaluation is designed for companies with up to 20-employees, with an annual license fee based on company size:
Up to 5 employees £995
6-9 employees £1495
10-20 employees £1995
Larger organisations can achieve A Company That Cares status by undertaking an
Investor in Customers Insight360 assessment.
Costs cover a 12-month accreditation license, renewable annually, and are subject to VAT at 20%
