Hillyer McKeown (HM), a leading law firm based in the North West of England has received an IIC Gold award for their exceptional customer experience.
This is HM’s first assessment and there were particular highlights from clients around trust, fairness and integrity (something which, for the legal sector, is vitally important) where their scores were over 9 out of 10.
