Fidelius, a leading financial services company providing wealth management, employee benefits and investments, have achieved the acclaimed Gold Investor in Customers (IIC) award.
This is the second time of going through the IIC process, and an increase in scores across all 4 IIC principles has led to the increase from Silver in 2016, to Gold this year.

Client scores were particularly high, with scores for client feedback and quality relationship both being highlighted at over nine out of ten. In fact, their NPS® score is +57% with 9 out of 10 of their clients scoring them a 7/10 or above.
