concept in financial services at the time. After setting the company up in May 2006, Neil moved to the coastal resort of Sidmouth, Devon in July 2006 and IIC's office is in the High Street, just 2 minutes from the seafront. He was born in Twickenham, Middlesex and supports Leicester Tigers. |

Les joined Prudential from university in 1980 becoming Head of Marketing for one of Prudential's main business units in the UK, Life & Pensions. In this role he was responsible for Product Management, Product Development, Database and Communications teams. Les was recruited to join Royal London in 2001, and took overall responsibility for the customer proposition development team, |

with a remit to extend the product range. Les is a keen cricket fan, and is chairman of his local club. His other interests include reading, music and crib, playing in the local weekly league.
