

We test out the extent to which you meet these principles by exploring four themes under each heading, through independent research with your customers, your staff and your senior management. This research is based on a tried and tested question set, and to add a further element of depth and colour, we ask a small number of open, free format questions. We also review, objectively, the way in which your company presents itself through its website, marketing materials, and customer literature and assess key business data. It's the aggregate score throughout the assessment that determines the level of award: 1 star = superior; 2 stars = outstanding; 3 stars = exceptional.
